Oumou Cathy BEYE An author from Senegal writing in French

Oumou Cathy Bèye was born in 1980 in Dakar, Senegal. She went to the College of Notre-Dame and later enrolled at the University Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar. She is currently (2009) a doctoral student at René Descartes University in Paris.
