    Adèle CABY-LIVANNAH was born in the Congo in 1957. She grew up in Mpoumako, a small village near Brazzaville. Upon her arrival in France, she completed a Diploma in Commerce and Administration in Paris (Ecole Supérieure d'Administration du Commerce et de l'Industrie - ESACI). In 1983, she settled in the city of Mante (France) where she has been working as a school librarian ever since.
