Aïssatou CISSE

    Zeyna is the first published work of the young Senegalese novelist Aïssatou Cisse who has tinkered with literature since the age of 18. Physically handicapped from birth, Aïssatou is preparing another novel, a comic strip and a collection of stories. Her parents are teachers and the dedication opening her book (see French page) provides readers with a kind of mini-autobiography.
