    Since 1978, Mrs Claire PORQUET has been a State School primary teacher in the Abidjan suburb of the Great Mills [Cité des Grands Moulins]. "A l'aéroport" [At the Airport] is her first publication for children. Other titles are forthcoming. During an interview published in the review Amina, she said : « I love teaching and my contact with children has given me many opportunities to learn and enlarge my knowledge. But what I love most, is reading and photography. I have four children of my own who have brightened my life. » [2004]
