    Brigitte Tsobgny was born in Cameroon in 1961 and holds a PhD in Science. She has taught at the University of La Reunion, in Belgium and France. Brigitte Tsobgny is interested in many things and she is fascinated by mathematics. In the preface of Ponok-Ponok she wrote: "I love maths the same way I love poetry and music".
