Smiling at the 21st century Women writers of Côte d'Ivoire are beginning to gather some laurels but they have no intention of resting on them. They are determined to take advantage of every appropriate opportunity to meet the public, contribute to the visibility of their work and collaborate with the publishing houses The task lying ahead is all a question of great inspiration and hard work. But I can assure you that the seeds for the various trees, flowers and grasses have been and are being planted by women's hands in the garden of Ivorian literature. I am confident that there will be more and more quality women writers in Côte d'Ivoire. Without any fear, we can smile at the future of Côte d'Ivoire's women writers.
